Friday, April 23, 2021 - 4.4 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark purple-hued magenta color. Juicy black cherry, charred nutmeg, wild strawberry, and chocolate-coated wafer on the nose. Smooth, dry, full bodied palate. Firm, full tannins on the long finish. 100% CS, 208 cases made.

New wine to me. Needs more time or a 4+ hour decant. Already very exciting, even with the poor prep (short aeration).
