Saturday, May 30, 2009 - Great Loire SB nose, everyone at the table wanted to know what I thought of it and I told them it was often associated with cat piss. The palate was so much lower in acid than I could have imagined. The nose was definitely French, the palate was so ripe and soft it could have been Napa Valley.
