Monday, March 2, 2020 - What happens when Somms and ITBers get together (tango sur, chicago IL): Nose: The nose is balanced and refined with raspberries, dark red cherries, licorice, herbs, spice box, cedar, tobacco, and a touch of floral notes. There is good complexity but this does lack just a small bit of depth.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with medium acidity and silky, medium tannins. The structure is starting to resolve somewhat with the feel showing polished tones of dark red cherries, raspberries, licorice, spice box, cedar, tobacco, and some floral notes.

Overall: This is lovely and balanced. It is really coming into its own right now as it shows off well balanced tones across the nose and palate.
