Thursday, January 20, 2022 - Medium bodied. Not much of a nose. Hints of apricot skin but didn’t burst from the glass. Linear on palate showcasing stonefruit; predominantly apricot. Decent acid cuts sweetness and provides balance. Hints of mineral on the finish. Lacking complexity but still a nice sipper.
