Monday, July 31, 2023 - Pure class from Raveneau. Still much too young, especially since it's a MDT, but this was still showing well. Typical Raveneau nose of oyster and sea shell, followed by a bit more acacia honey, peach and nectarine than what I'm used to. With air, more and more lemon curd, yellow apple, vanilla powder, nectar and mashed pear. A bit broader than I had expected from 17 but still incredibly well balanced and elegant.
