Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Completely ready now, everything is in place. Nice, now mature but still fresh nose, oak well integrated. Fairly full, round taste with refreshing acidity and a long finish. Difficult to pinpoint specific elements in smell or taste, I would tend to say "mineral" rather than "fruity" or "floral". The key thing for me is a perfect balance, well done in a basically hot climate.
