Consistent with previous note. At times, however, I pick up the wood more than on other occasions. Seems somewhat food dependent. Should continue to integrate and improve.

Much greater depth than the last time I had this, but I wouldn't describe it as richer. Stone fruit perhaps slightly riper, citrus peel more highly toned. The vegetal notes have better integrated with the minerality. Lots of tension and there's something strangely moreish about the intensity and refreshment this is showing. Delightful with crab.

Quite mute on the nose when first opened, but broadens out with air. This is a high acid, almost steely expression of Douro white. Very pure fruit expression, incredibly subtle oak influence with some sweet spice notes in the mid-palate, fruit character is like just-ripe stone fruit like nectarine. Dare I say mineral too. Loads of tension on the palate. Closest comparison I can make is like Chablis or even a riper style of dry Riesling.
Impressive wine, not hedonistic but classy. This can definitely age for longer, no problem.

Completely ready now, everything is in place. Nice, now mature but still fresh nose, oak well integrated. Fairly full, round taste with refreshing acidity and a long finish. Difficult to pinpoint specific elements in smell or taste, I would tend to say "mineral" rather than "fruity" or "floral". The key thing for me is a perfect balance, well done in a basically hot climate.

Lovely wine, nice orange color and nice flavors. It took a long while before I opened this wine and that seems only been good for the wine.
