Thursday, March 28, 2024 - Our first red of the night, paired with sausage paella. Dark purple and opaque, with solid legs. Nose of blackberries and currents. Rich on the palate with an unmistakable ZING of acidity that softened after 15 minutes in glass. Very enjoyable - even more so after 10 minutes.
