Monday, February 25, 2019 - Shows the most on the nose of among the Bandol, Migoua, and Tourtine, with light garrigue and dried herbs; beautiful dark depth and complexity, blackberry with a hint of pomegranate. As is usually the case, the Cabassaou isn't necessarily the "biggest" wine of the lineup, but displays the most complexity, and length. A wonderful wine in what promises to be an outstanding vintage.
