Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Deep ruby color. Distinctive hot cocoa aromas along with red fruit. Medium body, medium acid, medium grippy tannins. Still very primary on the palate with juicy raspberries, ripe blackberries, and a hint of black currant. With time the fruit became redder. Delicious and perfect with veal parm.
