Monday, June 27, 2022 - i have to say that i don't know too much about cabs. this cab drank more like a zin than what i assumed was supposed to be a cab: big, tannins, bold. it was big and bold... but like a hugemongous Zin, as there was so much fruit forward taste. on the nose was fruity... on the palate, it was big, thick, bold... don't recall big tannins at all...but fruity... kind of a good finish... liked it a lot. Pairing with Brisket was good!
