Thursday, December 30, 2021 - Popped and poured. It had a sulfury smell, needs some air to breathe. I used the vintury, this seemed to help a bit. Not much of sangiovese going on, cab is more dominant, as noted by others. Rather light wine. Had it with pasta. Will retry tomorrow after more air exposure.
