Tuesday, September 20, 2022 - This wine has gotten better over 2 years. Pretty nose of lemons and honey. It is off dry but not as noticeably sweet. The acidity is so balanced now. Tasty with panko crusted shrimp and kimchi. It pairs so well with spicy Asian food.
