Wednesday, November 30, 2022 - Transparent straw color. White flowers and hint of petrol on the nose. Medium-light body with medium-plus acid. Sweet rich fruit on the palate: pears, pineapple, apple cider. Balanced by good savory elements throughout. Very sweet, but delicious.
