Monday, July 10, 2023 - A big Cab. A gentle entry of dark berry fruit--quite pleasant. Then some pretty serious tannin. Very pleasant CS sensations under the rear palate--charcoal, anise, leather, mineral. I have another bottle of this that I will let rest for a few more years.
