Friday, February 25, 2022 - Wow. I wish I had more! It’s drinking perfectly. Ripe blackberry on the nose along with cocoa, plum, chocolate covered blueberries. Full bodied, high acid and high tannins but deftly balanced. Long finish, smooth, silky mouthfeel. Serve alone or with hearty beef stew.
