Likes this wine:

Friday, December 25, 2020 - Distressingly brown upon the first pour but there’s still a luminous core the color of a saignee rose surrounded by substantial bricking. This bottle is quite mature and on the downward slope with heaps of VA, slightly maderized fruit, and a palate dominated by tertiary and autumnal flavors. It’s good, and probably worth the price I paid for it back in what now seem to be the good old days of baroli pricing, but at the current prices I’d think twice before rolling the dice here as this bottle was not an excellent or transcendent nebbiolo.
