Wednesday, October 20, 2021 - According to the recommendation this should have been consumed in 2020 - meh, any excuse to open it! So, the colour was still good, straw-like, and the aromas were noted to be gooseberry, green apple and pear. Acidity is good with a pleasant lingering after-taste.
