Thursday, July 11, 2019 - Medium Ruby Hue, not much viscosity even with 14% alcohol, red plum or sour cherry, a little peppery, not very strong oak or earthy aromas, not too much body, short and tart finish, quite acidic, good amount of tannins, nicely paired with Queton D’Isigny
