Laurier of dropperigheid. Fijn hoor.

Medium Ruby Hue, not much viscosity even with 14% alcohol, red plum or sour cherry, a little peppery, not very strong oak or earthy aromas, not too much body, short and tart finish, quite acidic, good amount of tannins, nicely paired with Queton D’Isigny

Firm bitters and good tannins matching with the concentration in the midtaste; classic style.

Big surprise in this category for just 5 Euro. Quite characteristic. Easy but good.
