Friday, July 15, 2022 - A very good wine, but just lacking in mid-palate and overall a bit thin with a modest finish. Pretty, subtle aromatics, some floral and honey tones. I'd rated this higher previously which in part represented hoped for potential, but also indicating that this may be faded / past peak. Like all Tablas's wines, well made, high quality, and attractive. This would make a nice patio wine and would also pair well with a green salad.
