Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Fresh fruit and floral notes on the nose. Faintest hint of black pepper perhaps.

Palate is more fresh dark and red fruit.
Perfect balance of acidity. There’s sweetness but it’s not jammy. Minerality and subtle tannins follow with a medium finish.

A supremely well put together wine. I’m sure it would work well with all sorts of food too. An ideal summer red.

No need to hold onto this. Drink young and enjoy.
