Monday, March 15, 2021 - On opening perfumed on the nose, raspberry & blackberry, fig & liquorice. Fresh ripe tannins. Mid to full bodied with warm fruit. Crunchy blackcurrant, raspberry & blackberry on the palate. On it's plateau although no rush to drink up, will age, an ideal accompaniment for the Lamb Tagine.
