Sunday, April 5, 2015 - Bachelet's 2002 Corbeaux is a tremendous bottle of Burgundy, bursting from the glass with complex aromas of dark wild berries, red plums, soy and loamy soil tones. Succulent and juicy on the palate, with great breadth but still structured at the core, while young this is a supremely drinkable vintage for Bachelet, and its bright fruit tones are easy to relish right now. Terrific stuff.
