Sunday, June 11, 2023 - Quite toasty on the nose with hints of dulce de leche. Zingy, electric acid-driven palate but also quite full in the mouth. Heavily toasted bread, apple, pear, honey and just a hint of membrillo as well as salty oyster shell on the long finish. There are fantastic elements at work here, but somehow as a whole it is wanting. Drink now-2027 90
