Saturday, December 12, 2015 - Double decanted very quickly off its sediment and followed over five hours, though it took an hour or so wake up and reveal itself. Dark cherry, orange zest and macerated red plum with hints of spice, tea and forest floor underneath. Compared very favorably to a 1er Volnay that showed up.
