Wednesday, July 4, 2012 - Clear dark inky purple in colour. Clean nose of black currant and blackberry. Dry, med aciditiy, med tannin, full body, black currant, licorice, and vanilla on palate. Nice long finish. Should have decanted longer. Upon opening the alcohol was very dominant.
