Wednesday, March 29, 2017 - Decanted several hours and drank with roast beef tenderloin. Acidity is still bright. Tannins have softened and black fruit is paired with eucalyptus and herbs. It became more intense over time but it's not rich. Finish is medium. Color has not faded. There is significant sediment.
