Saturday, December 27, 2008 - wow! lots going on in this bottle. more earthly than fruity. mushroom, dirt, forest floor, with a background for berry and stone fruit. with a velvety mouthfeel and a long complex finish. we had with grilled bison fillets, potatoes stuffed with garlic, & warm spinach salad. we also had a CA cab but this one was the better pairing.
