Sunday, July 19, 2015 - Drunk at the family reunion on Lake Michigan last week. This was one of my favourite bubblies at the reunion, and we drank quite a few. Delicate floral strawberry and spicy yeast roll aromas, as well as raspberry, gala apple, ginger, and fig flavours. A cool climate rosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a minimum of 15% aged reserve, and a minimum of 18 months ageing on the yeast. Rated 93 by Wine Spectator. Delish.
