Wednesday, July 28, 2021 - Decanted 2 hours. Still pretty young at the moment. I like the taste of this special grape (Caberlot). The only reason I don't score this higher is that the acidity is pretty high at the moment. I hope that time will help to bring all more in balance. 92 pts.
