  Years to develop further. Double decanted 3 hours before tasting. Cherry with some black grape and currant. Later hints of licorice with grilled meat around the edges. Large but gentle tannins. Firm acidity. Full finish. Will sit on next bottle 5-8 years.

  Decanted 2 hours. Still pretty young at the moment. I like the taste of this special grape (Caberlot). The only reason I don't score this higher is that the acidity is pretty high at the moment. I hope that time will help to bring all more in balance. 92 pts.

  Beautiful wine, already drinking very nice. Lots of cherries and dark berries, some soft licorice and smoked bacon in the background. Full bodied with a fresh acidity. Very complex - beautiful long finish. Will easily last another decade.

  This is a world class wine, period!
  Clean balanced, the nose gives you hints of ammonium(salty licorice), salt and dark berrys.
  Balanced acidity smith tannins and hints of ammonium, Blackberry, salt and minerals in a wonderful long finish...
