Monday, October 5, 2020 - Really delicious Zin! Much more balanced and integrated now vs the first time we tasted it a little more than a year ago. The time in bottle has really helped to soften the tannins and help the mid palate evolve. Lots of black cherry, raspberry and a touch of the Zin spice hit on all cylinders! A touch of leather on the end. Didn’t decant this time but I would imagine that Would only help. Paired with Italian dinner (lasagna).
