Sunday, March 28, 2021 - Beautiful aromas of darker fruits, a little muted but apparent with time. Nice balance of smooth and a little crispness/acidity, paired very well with traditional cheese board apps, as well as without foods. Was just as expected and really consistent. Overall, a really lovely Pinot Noir.
