Wednesday, September 14, 2011 - PnP. consistent notes. I think this would be a solid ringer at a tasting. This medium weight entry adds volume and complexity with airtime. A lovely mouthfeel, very soft tannins and quiet, but balancing acidity. At just 13% abv, this is not your average ripasso, which makes me love it even more. Drink thru 2014, recommended for traditionalists.
