Wednesday, January 18, 2023 - Had a bottle of this with lunch at Le Procope, supposedly the oldest restaurant in Paris. A nice match with prawn cocktail and Veal Blanquette. Crisp, but with air and when warmed up a bit this showed real character with some denser stone fruit as well as the bright citrus flavours which opened proceedings. Really enjoyable. Over priced in the restaurant, but good value available around €15 retail.
