Wednesday, July 5, 2023 - Pale gold colour. Lemon, stone fruit, flowers and chalk nose. It's medium-full in body. The texture is round, almost plump, but kept in check by the excellent acidity. The finish is long, with a hint of spice and salinity. This is fresh, lively, layered. Very good.

The fragrance started to shut down after the first glass. Tried decanting but didn't help much. Perhaps needed more air or simply more time to go to the next level.
