Sunday, July 18, 2021 - Same as before (nuts, apricots, apple, mineral)... but today the alcohol and acid were front and center (even with a slight chill) and everything else was muted. After opening for a bit, there was even a bitter green element.

This may be going through a dumb period, and I will be holding off on my remaining stock for a bit now.
