Saturday, February 27, 2021 - We are big fans of Patz & Hall Pinot, but after the 2015 and 2016 vintage of the Moses-Hall, not so much of this vineyard.
This was a touch better than the 2015, but still monolithic and alcoholic, though with more interesting fruit flavor.
It needed two hours to mellow out. Used the New World Pinot glass.
After a night in the fridg, corked, there wasn't much change and it was still drinkable.
In the end, we did enjoy it, just wasn't up to the high standard we've come to expect from P&H.
