Wednesday, October 31, 2012 - Drank it a little past prime but still an excellent wine. Beautiful light Ruby. Rim a bit orange-brown, again owing to the age. Hints of plum and raisin on the nose. Medium body with a nice long, soft finish. A bit short lived out of the bottle. Clearly a magnificent wine in its day. Would have been a jewel about 2-3 years ago.
