Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - I have written many notes on this wine. Boillot,s style of wine making takes some getting use to. There is extraction to their wines but they take at least 8 to 10 years to balance out and show a beautiful balance.
I keep opening this wine because I just am enjoying it,s journey . Give this bottle at least an hour or decant it before drinking and you will see the potential with more aging. Even better the second day.
