Tuesday, May 24, 2022 - Drinking very well. Slight nose of menthol, dark red, good acidity, an elegant sweetness with great dark fruit flavours primarily dark cherry. Great fruit extraction typical more of a GC in style. Tannins are evident but subtle and are noticeable on the back of the palate. Wonderful wine and a pleasure to drink. In 2021 I was questioning how this would age....Well!
