Thursday, November 4, 2021 - From glass. Before pouring, wine seller warned me that this is made in an oxidative sherry style, aged for 11 years or whatever, however. Etc. Glass is being set upon the table, and no kidding, mister. VURRY sherry, vurry. Nose of the millennial assembly of tangy, roasted, salted nuts. Palate: yup. Roasted nuts, salt, tangy sandalwood. But sherry core is front-ended with white wine - a prick of sharp acidity and saline lemon. Not a wine I have forgotten; one I want to try again and share with 6-8 friends at the start of a dinner. Score above indicative, perhaps more than usual, of mood. But there are absolute swooners for this wine out there.
