Thursday, September 6, 2007 - Part of a flight at Vinotecca, which had friendly service. Cost $19 for a flight of 4. Served in Stolzle crystal. The appearance is light golden or mid-colour straw. The nose is very light. The taste is spicy almost; it is dry, with minerality present. The finish is medium in length, and spicy. This wine went well with steamed edamame. It has some different nuances. Good (82.5).
