Saturday, December 19, 2020 - Pretty darn happy with this wine even though I'm not typically a Chardonnay or Chablis drinker. Lots of stone fruit, light golden color. Finish is, for me, a very good balance of butter and acidity. Must have been done in stainless or very, very old barrels.
