Tuesday, May 11, 2021 - Decanted into a Voss-btl for ~3+ hrs prior to serving. Reductive showing on the 1st sniff, with notes of fruits coming to the fore with more air/time in the glass. Impressive palate that had fruits and minerality in spades. Most thought this was old-world, Puligny... Another impressive showing!
