Wednesday, March 3, 2021 - Decanted, and consumed over five hours
Deep dark ox-blood, purple hue, full bodied
Charcoal, hints of vanilla and oak. motor oil,
Super dry and astringent, grippy, aggressive tannin, medium plus finish
Lots of minerality, iodine, hint of smokiness.
A well made wine that still needs some time. Paired nicely with a slow-cooked rib dinner.
