Monday, February 1, 2021 - A delightful Grenache Blanc. Has a slight effervescent feel in the palate due to the acidity level, which we enjoy. The flavors are bright and satisfying in the palate with green apple, white flour and wet limestone minerality for the primary flavors. The finish has a nice puckering cleansing feel. Went great with a thin cut grilled chicken breast. A nice Monday night wine.
