A delightful Grenache Blanc. Has a slight effervescent feel in the palate due to the acidity level, which we enjoy. The flavors are bright and satisfying in the palate with green apple, white flour and wet limestone minerality for the primary flavors. The finish has a nice puckering cleansing feel. Went great with a thin cut grilled chicken breast. A nice Monday night wine.

Under Screw. SIP Certified. I can say without much hesitation that there is not enough Grenache Blanc in the world. Sure, there are Old World regions where one finds the variety, but it is most often blended with other warm-climate grapes; rarely does it stand alone. And that is a shame for it is typically fruity, tart, lively, and down-right fun, as is the case here. Lemon, lime, minerality, gravitas. Lovely. thedrunkencyclist.com

Very attractive, well worth seeking out. In a lighter style, think seafood.

Very enjoyable. A bolder richer white. Was great with the cocktail shrimp.

Good balance, med body, white pepper, touch of bitter finish.
