Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Light amber. A whiff of VA and a plethora of grilled nuts. Elegant medium + weight. Tangy, salty caramel with a youthfully tart finish. Only moderately sweet, and seemingly even less than that due to the cleansing acidity. Young and extremely promising. Give it 10 to 20 more years for it to fully blossom.
